Chocoholic, and pastry lover.  Let’s face it, not many bakers aren’t one or the other or both.  Born, raised in. and still living in the Lone Star State and loving every minuet of it. I’m not perfect, I’ve got my problems like everyone else in the world or in the USA, but I find myself blessed with a roof over my head and a steady job and I thank God for it.  I’ve always wanted a bakery ever since i was younger. (I i still consider my self a kid some days) And now I’ve finally got the gumption to actually stick my self out there and start trying or doing, whichever you prefer best.  So here I am, blogging about it.  I must be nuts for doing this but it’s going to be fun at the least xD
